PATIENT DETAILS:

Name: Evangeline Hawkins

Gender: Female     Age: 20     Hair: Red     Eyes: Green   Height: 175cm

MEDICAL HISTORY

Known ongoing illnesses: None

Notable medical history:

- Gunshot wound in right shoulder (rear) from UEE training incident

- Extensive scarring across back as a result of aggressive interrogation

- Recent overdose of military grade stimulants triggered myonecrosis

- Patient is the recipient of prototype synthetic muscle replacement system resulting in increased strength, agility and stamina.

NOTABLE INCIDENTS

The following incidents may be relevant to Lt Hawkins’ current mental state:

- All evidence suggests that Evangeline’s mother, Jessica Hawkins, was murdered by pirates when Lt Hawkins was a child. Lt Hawkins’ social behaviour took a noticeable turn for the worse at this point.

- Lt Hawkins was involved in special forces training on Gen which put her mind and body through stresses above and beyond what normal recruits endure.

- During UEE training another recruit attempted to murder Lt Hawkins.

- Lt Hawkins was recently captured by a pirate faction and tortured for information. This is the result of the scars on her back. The stimulant abuse which led to myonecrosis was apparently a necessary part of her successful escape from capture.

- There is an incident report on her file involving her treatment of a prisoner of war. The details of this report are vague at best. The prisoner seems to no longer be available for questioning.

- For the sake of simplicity I have attached the video footage from Lt Hawkins’ combat helmet from her most recent mission. As you can see, she performed exceptionally well in her duties but suffered some kind of episode towards the end which resulted in her striking her team lead so hard that she cracked his visor and had to be physically restrained.

Lt Hawkins represents a sizeable investment to the UEE. We would like to see her returned to active duty as quickly as possible. I must stress that the contents of this message, specifically the details of the synthetic muscle system and the contents of the mission video are strictly confidential. I expect a progress report after each session.

Regards,

Commander Michelle Lawson
